Delivery policy

Physical products that are purchased from Merchants through our Site are delivered by Merchants directly or through Spreego's logistics partners to the shipping address that you specify at checkout. We ensure that all items are shipped with a unique identification for security purposes and to confirm receipt. The estimated shipping time is reflected on the promotion page as well as in the confirmation e-mail that is sent to all buyers. We require all our Merchants to initiate the shipment of all products to buyers within 3 days from the time the promotion ends to expedite delivery.

Estimated delivery time

In general, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. In some cases, the delivery of your item may be delayed due to customs clearance or other unforeseen events in your area. Please e-mail help@spreego.com if you require assistance or if you have not received your item after 1 month.

Shipping charges

Due to the heavy discounts offered on our site, you may have to pay shipping, handling or other administrative charges in addition to the promotion price, unless the Merchant specifies that some or all of these charges are waived.

Availability

We do not represent that any sale featured on our Site will necessarily be available for purchase by any particular person. While our Site is accessible to users worldwide, some products and services that are offered on the Site, if not all, may only be available to users from certain jurisdictions or locations. Further, Merchants may outline specific shipping locations that apply to customers.
